Two humans and a sheep, currently.
Sheepit is made by Veronica, Cris, and a small cartoon sheep with strong opinions about naps. We are not pretending to be bigger than we are.

Who we are
- Veronicaco-founder · design, UI, and the marketing you're reading right now
I'm a Senior Product Designer at Google, where I've been since 2017 — with a gap from 2022 to 2025 when I stepped out to write a book, A No-Nonsense Approach to Design Systems. Before Google: Pluto TV and Ocado in the UK. On Sheepit I do the design, the UI engineering, and — increasingly — the parts of product management and AI engineering I never had a reason to learn until this year.
- Crisco-founder & CTO · backend, platform, the parts that have to be right at 3am
Cris spent five years at WhatsApp (2021–2026), most recently on the CloudKit implementation and embedding Meta AI inside the app. Most of what he did there he can't talk about. On Sheepit he owns the backend, the platform, and the parts of the stack that have to be right at 3am.
Yes, the sheep is a mascot.
She's our reminder to keep this small, soft, and on-purpose. She doesn't write code and she doesn't review PRs. She does, however, show up in every page footer, suggest things you read at 2am, and lend her name to the product. We think she earns her keep.
Two people, an AI agent, and a sheep can build software that used to take twenty.
We wanted the tooling to match. Sheepit is the release-intelligence dashboard a small team actually wants — feature flags, experiments, product analytics, and the one question that matters after every ship: did it work?
We're hiring humans.
No sheep for the moment — the one we have is plenty.
The currently in two humans and a sheep, currently is doing work. We're talking to a few talented people who might join us — and we'd love to talk to a few more. If you build software, design it, write about it, or sell it, and you've been quietly wondering what it'd feel like to work on something small and on-purpose: that's the conversation.
