Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to course purchases made through goatech.ai. The Services are operated by GoaTech AI LLC, a California limited liability company (CA entity number B20260198511) with a principal office at 2108 N Street #4923, Sacramento, CA 95816. Consumer course purchases are sold by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”) as Merchant of Record. Paddle's Refund Policy at paddle.com/legal/refund-policy governs your purchase. This page summarizes how that policy applies to Sheepit courses; in the event of any inconsistency, Paddle's Refund Policy controls.

Statutory Withdrawal Rights

If you are a consumer in a region with a statutory right of withdrawal, you may withdraw from the contract within the period required by your local law, calculated from the date of purchase:

• European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Turkey, Israel — 14 days
• Brazil, Canada, South Korea — 7 days
• Singapore — 5 days

Under EU/UK law and Paddle's Refund Policy, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that has started to be downloaded, streamed, or otherwise used before the end of the withdrawal period, where you consented to immediate performance at the time of purchase.

Discretionary Refunds

Outside of statutory withdrawal rights, refund requests are considered at Paddle's discretion in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy and are generally available within 14 days of the transaction date.

Defective or Non-Conforming Products

If a course is materially defective, does not match its description, or is unfit for purpose, contact us and we will work with Paddle to arrange a refund or replacement in line with Paddle's Refund Policy and applicable consumer-protection law.

Sales Tax and VAT

Where Paddle (as Merchant of Record) collected sales tax, VAT, GST, or similar tax on your purchase, the tax portion is refunded together with the course price. No additional action on your part is required.

How to Request a Refund

You may request a refund through any of the following channels:

• The receipt link from your purchase confirmation email.
• Paddle's buyer portal at paddle.net.
• Email support@goatech.ai from the email address on your account, including your order ID and the course title; we will coordinate with Paddle on your behalf.

Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Funds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days of issuance, depending on your bank.

EU Online Dispute Resolution

EU consumers have the right to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and do not commit to participate in alternative dispute resolution through that platform.
